Negative Reviews
negative:
Not all rooms ideal
Some of the rooms aren't all that pleasant, as guests particularly focused on the tower building, which requires a rather lengthy walk from the parking lot and front desk to get to your room. Guests also stated that the appliances are outdated, the fans were noisy, and Wi-Fi was all but non-existent.
negative:
Some billing issues
A few guests had trouble with their reservations, as they were charged more than required or for expenses they didn't occur, and they found the refund process to be quite lengthy and bothersome due to follow-up communications being necessary.
negative:
Some housekeeping concerns
Some guests found bugs, leftover food, sticky floors and trash in their rooms, the tubs weren't cleaned well and the rooms had a bit of an odor. They also noted that some of the housekeeping staff was rude, and that sometimes they showed up late or not at all when requested.
