The communal rooms have been described as tastefully decorated with a distinct Spanish flavor. Guests thoroughly enjoyed spending time in the living rooms which they described as very cozy and comfortable places to sit and enjoy a few drinks. The roof top bar was also popular with many of the guests who also appreciated its pleasant and lively atmosphere.

Guests were pleased with the size of their rooms describing them as spacious and comfortable. The rooms had all the necessary amenities including fridges and coffee makers and many guests appreciated the added luxuries such as the branded toiletries as well as the ultra-modern bathrooms.

The food at the on-site restaurant was said to be tasty and prepared using quality ingredients. Guests liked the fact that they could choose where to have their evening meal as many enjoyed having dinner in one of the cozy alcoves off the lobby as well as on the roof-top terrace.

Guests who requested room service reported that they were quite disappointed to find that they waited a considerable time for the staff to bring them their ordered items. The lengthy delays made the guests reluctant to use room-service for the remainder of their stay.

The air-conditioning units were said to be on a timer due to energy-saving which meant that they would switch themselves off automatically at random times much to the annoyance of some of the guests.

Some of the guests said that they had to wait for quite some time in order for their cars to be driven to the hotel entrance even though they called and asked for their cars well in advance.
