Guests were thrilled with the service they received in every department at the hotel. Every employee greeted them with a smile, and offered them the very best, personalized service. They were particularly impressed by the attention they received from the cabana attendants.

Reviews of Solé on the Ocean reported that the views of the water are simply stunning. Guests enjoyed overlooking the water while sipping a coffee on their room's private terrace, or enjoying a cocktail while lounging by the oceanfront pool. The beaches in this area of Florida are simply stunning, with clean white sand and sparking blue water.

From Solé on the Ocean there are many shops and restaurants within an easy walking distance. Guests enjoyed being able to take a scenic stroll to everywhere they needed to go. It was a relief to not have to fuss with a car and parking, and especially nice to not have to worry about drinking too much to drive.

Though the hotel makes an attempt at transparency concerning their fees, they still managed to catch a few unhappy reviewers off guard. Many were unpleasantly surprised by the daily resort fee Solé charges. Other took issue with the fact that valet parking, and its accompanying fees, is the only parking option available.

Several reviews noted the inadequate size of the hotel's driveway. It is not large enough to accommodate two cars at once, resulting in a back up of traffic as cars going in and out wait to pass each other.

Some guests were bothered that the hotel forbids the use or personal coolers and beach chairs on their private beach, preferring that you purchase drinks and rent chairs and umbrellas from them.
