Thanks to its prime position on the promenade in central Blackpool, the location of the property was highly rated by essentially all past guests. As well as being a short stroll from the popular South Shore area, the accommodation is also within reasonable walking distance of central attractions such as the Blackpool Tower and Winter Gardens.

As parking is a premium in Blackpool, the inclusion of free on-site parking was regularly commended by former visitors that travelled to the property in their own vehicle. Although parking is only subject to availability, most have not had any issues in that regard.

Many previous guests were very complimentary in terms of the customer service they experienced during their time at the property. Based on overall feedback, the staff members were summed up as really helpful and warm.

A notable amount of recent visitors to the accommodation have commented unfavourably about the condition of the rooms. At times, it has been claimed that the rooms were showing their age in terms of décor, while certain furnishings were described as past their best.

Whilst acceptable in most cases, various problems with hygiene have been reported by former guests that stayed at the property. Concerns such as stained sheets and unclean showers have been encountered in the past.

Although it was fine in some cases, a notable amount of previous visitors have been left upset about the standard of the accommodation's Wi-Fi service. Occasionally, the reliability and range of the wireless Internet were both criticised.
