Old Creek Lodge boasts a central location in Gatlinburg, just one block from the Parkway, and steps from downtown. Guests say it’s easy to get around on foot, or you can also take the trolley. You can find plenty of shopping, dining and attractions within the hotel’s vicinity. In addition, the hotel is also within walking distance from Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Convention Center.

The staff at Old Creek Lodge are fantastic and friendly. Guests said everyone was extremely helpful and responded quickly to all inquiries. In addition, everyone is also quite knowledgeable about the area and will gladly give great recommendations and local tips.

Boasting hardwood floors and beautiful furniture, the rooms at Old Creek Lodge get plenty of compliments from visitors. Guests always said their rooms were clean and their beds were comfortable. In addition, guests loved the balconies overlooking the river, and the in-room fireplaces, which looked inviting even in the summer.
