The great service from the hotel’s staff was by far what most impressed guests during their stay. Again and again guests remarked how friendly and approachable they were, which made it easy to ask for and receive assistance when necessary.

It seems that almost every review contained praise for the cleanliness of the rooms. Guests simply felt that their rooms were spotless on arrival. Aside from cleanliness, they also said that everything was kept neat and orderly, with nothing looking out of place in any way.

Guests couldn’t seem to say enough good things about the breakfast. While the hotel describes it as a simple continental breakfast, guest felt that it was much more than this. They said there were a huge variety of tasty foods available, and they could easily make up a personalized breakfast plate that really set them up for the day.

Guests mentioned that they could easily hear sounds coming from adjacent rooms. Sometimes these were talking or a TV playing, which could usually be tolerated, but at other times it was dogs barking or some other grating noise, which guest really did not appreciate.

A large number of guests mentioned that the beds were too hard for their tastes. While it is notoriously difficult for a hotel to select a mattress that pleases all guests, the volume of complaints here indicates that the mattresses may be too firm for many people.

A surprising number of guests mentioned things missing in their suite. Sometimes it was a basic piece of kitchen equipment they needed, but more typically it was a case of having too few towels for the number of guests.
