Guests like that this property overlooks a pretty park. They say that the location is convenient, guests being only a nice short stroll away from everything in the town centre.

A number of guests have said that the rooms in this accommodation are nice and big, with plenty of room to swing a proverbial cat. Obviously, this is particularly beneficial for larger groups of guests.

The staff here come in for praise from guests for their friendly and helpful attitude. Guests say that reception are great, and that not only are they happy to help with problems throughout the stay the staff are also happy to advise on places to go and things to do in Launceston.

There is quite a busy road in front of the property and guests whose accommodation faces towards the road say that it can be quite noisy at times. However, in fairness, guests do say that it is reasonably quiet at night so it does not necessarily disturb their sleep.

While some guests find their accommodation to be clean, in general the standard of cleaning does not impress. The main issues are in the bathroom, where guests find that baths are not very clean, as well as carpets being stained and windows that are dirty.

Guests say the stairwells are very badly lit, with a number of bulbs not working, so they do not feel particularly safe on the stairs at night. Reported issues include broken bulbs also being out in the apartments, while some blinds are broken, and the kitchens look tired and worn. All in all, the accommodation is thought to look quite shabby.
