Negative Reviews
negative:
No fridges and microwaves in some rooms
Some guests used to staying at La Quinta properties missed having the usually included fridge and microwave in their room. They are included in the suites at this hotel, but those in the standard rooms seemed to miss them a great deal.
negative:
Rooms dirty on arrival
While most hotels get at least one or two complaints relating to cleanliness, there were far more than just one or two in this case. Several guests mentioned that their room was not sufficiently clean when they checked in. Sometimes problems were minor, and sometimes they were serious, but they didn't give guests a good first impression.
negative:
Noise from the hallways
An extraordinary number of guests mentioned hearing doors slamming and other guest's loud antics in the hallways outside their room. They seemed to get the impression that the hotel had a problem with loud and inconsiderate guests.
