Negative Reviews
negative:
Some noise concerns
The nearby interstate undoubtedly adds convenience when you want to explore the area or carry on your journey but it does mean that there is some traffic noise to contend with in at least some of the rooms. A fair number of guests have found the noise level excessive.
negative:
Maintenance could be improved
Although guests tend to find the suites here are spacious and clean, they also highlight fairly numerous examples of poor maintenance. For some, the accommodation simply looked a little beat up but others report specific concerns such as loose windows, plumbing issues, and unpleasant smells.
negative:
Cockroaches
Far more guests than you would ever deem acceptable mention that they saw cockroaches in their room or in one of the hallways. While it doesn’t appear that the hotel is infested throughout, these bugs are a definite problem.
