Guests also appreciate that the hotel's complimentary shuttle has a five-mile radius.

Guests often describe the rooms as spacious and sparkling clean, with comfortable beds and well equipped kitchens. The grounds are often described as "like a resort", with a well-kept outdoor pool, hot tub, and fire pits with comfortable seating around them.

Guest often comment that the hotel's location feels pleasantly "tucked away" but is actually conveniently close to several freeways, making travel south to San Diego or north to Legoland simple and straightforward. Most of the attractions in San Diego are within 20-40 minutes depending on traffic. The beach at Torrey Pines, arguably the area's nicest, is very close by. La Jolla and Del Mar are also within a short drive.
