Hotel Hilton Phoenix Airport (Phoenix, USA)

The staff at this hotel consistently rated highly amongst the comments of previous guests with many making special mention of their friendly and can do attitudes going out of their way to make guests feel comfortable during their stay.

A number of guests commented on the excellent amenity provided at the pool area, with several previous guests remarking how clean and sparkly the pool water was. Guests traveling with children also commented that their kids had a great time playing in the pool!

A number of guest reviewers specifically mentioned the great food including its superb quality at the on-site restaurants. Breakfast rated special comments across a number of reviews, as did the tasty nacho's, sliders and wings on the lunch menu at Rinnick's restaurant.

A number of previous guests and a number of repeat Hilton members expressed their disappointment that the Wi-Fi was not free at this Hilton hotel. Guests felt that in this day and age that Wi-Fi should come as standard as part of room tariff.

Notwithstanding that the hotel is a short distance to the airport and that many guests stay at the hotel for this particular convenience. Some guests felt that the noise from the airport was too loud and made their complaints via their reviews.

A number of guests checked into the executive floor, had the expectation of complimentary additional amenities in the Executive Lounge. These guests were sorely disappointed on weekends as the lounge in only open during weekdays.
