Valet Parking is the Only Option
Some guests were not happy to find that valet parking is the only thing you can do if you've brought a car. They often showed up expecting to find an area for self parking and were disappointed the hotel does not have one. Occasionally, they remarked that the hotel needs to do a better job of advertising parking information, too.

The Mattresses Need Improvement

The Room Rates Are Pricey
Guests occasionally mentioned how they thought the price of the rooms was too high for what they actually got. That was the case even when they did not have any major problems with their stays.
