The high standard cooked-to-order breakfasts seems to be the most enjoyed part of many guests' stay. They are very tasty with a lot of choice available and are ideal to set you up for the day.

The hotel is not brand new, but you wouldn't necessarily realize that as it is kept to an immaculate standard. Guests remark that it is very clean and tidy and even smells great!

The staff seem to go out of their way to make sure you have a good stay at the hotel. Guests find their standard of service and friendliness to be outstanding.

If you manage to find the hotel without any difficulty you may still be disappointed on arrival as you find there's not a lot going on. Guests find access off the freeway is not as straightforward as they may have imagined, and that the area is relatively boring. There's just not a lot there. There's nowhere to eat out and not a great deal to do.

All the rooms are equipped with a revolutionary system to adapt the firmness of the mattress, according to each guest's preference. For some, this is a dream and works fantastically well. For many though, they can't seem to be able to figure it out and find a good level of comfort. Guests frequently complain that the mattresses are akin to slabs of concret,  are lopsided or lumpy.

There are frequent complaints that the abnormally loud air-conditioning and heating units disturb guests sleep.
