Guests have found the location of this hotel appealing. The proximity of the Energy Corridor is an obvious plus point for some but others have enjoyed the nearby shopping destinations, as well as noting the reasonable driving distance to the attractions in and around downtown Houston.

The standard of service offered by the staff here has consistently impressed. Guests have found the staff welcoming, friendly, and happy to help with any questions or queries. Those guests who had questions about the local area found these were addressed promptly.

Previous guests have been pleased with the selection of facilities at this hotel, finding these well maintained and catering well for both business and leisure trips. The outdoor pool has proven especially popular as guests have found this clean and the surrounding area a nice place to relax.

While not discounting the overall satisfaction with the service and facilities, reviews indicate that there is some disruption as a result of current renovations to the lobby (as of July 2016). It appears that the check-in desk has been moved to the exercise room, thus removing the availability of exercise equipment for guests.
