Guests found Hampton Inn Wilmington-Medical Park to be a clean and updated hotel with comfortable rooms and beds which lets you relax after a tiring day. The facilities are good and hotel proves to be a good value for money for travelers.

The staff is well-trained and goes out of their way to help the guests. From helping with directions and places to visit to quick check-in and check-out, the staff proves to be a great help. Good customer service by everyone, from front desk to housekeeping staff makes the stay enjoyable.

Close to Downtown, the hotel is located close to downtown making it convenient for guests to shop and eat conveniently. The hospital is located just across the street and good restaurants are also located nearby (within a block). Also, those on business trips enjoyed close proximity to work areas.

Some guests felt that availability of microwave would have made the experience better. However, microwave is available in few rooms and it did not affect the overall stay.

Although, many guests have loved the hot breakfast served at Hampton Inn Wilmington-Medical Park, some felt that the selection of items can be improved. There have also been complaints about certain items on breakfast menu not being fresh.
