Nice, clean hotel .. management and staff.
This really is a super hotel; very clean with none of those repulsive smells that sometimes hit you as you walk through the door! Beds are really comfy and the bed linen and pillows are of good quality. Staff and management are all friendly and helpful. They're obviously proud of their hotel ... and so they should be!

Restaurant prices and choices are easy to swallow.
Breakfast here is fine, with good quality coffee and lots of choice. There's further choice later with restaurants, shops and gas stations; all close by.

Weighing up the hot water supply.
There's an excellent exercise room with a weight machine. *No need for additional exercise carrying luggage to the room as there are two elevators. In the room itself, water pressure is excellent, so plenty of hot water.

It's very noisy.
From the room, you can hear the elevator arriving at your floor. Its arrival is emphasized with that wretched 'pinging' sound. Corridors are tunnels of noise so, at all times of the day and night; you can hear people walking up and down. They don't have to raise their voices for you to hear them.

Customer service issues.
When things go wrong and the routine is broken, the front desk staff goes into an aggressive mode. Minor problems then escalate and the guest is unhappy.

There are cleaning problems here.
Non-smoking rooms smell of smoke and rooms aren't cleaned for days on end. Beds and towels aren't changed.
