The service supplied by the hotel has generated rave reviews from most former guests. As well as a friendly and welcoming nature at all times, the staff members were usually applauded for being supposedly considerate and accommodating.

Whilst they were not unanimously praised overall, the accommodation's rooms have received plaudits from previous visitors for their apparently well-equipped nature.  The presence of microwaves and refrigerators were commended especially in that regard.

The majority of past guests were pleased about the inclusion of the indoor swimming pool at the hotel. For the most part, the pool was said to be clean and maintained to a comfortable temperature.

The accommodation's neighbourhood was looked down upon by former visitors, with it described as uninviting and attracting unsavoury characters. Furthermore, the property is also not in the most ideal position for downtown Indianapolis, with it located some 15 minutes away by car.

According to the general opinions of those that used the amenity, the complimentary Wi-Fi was a negative aspect about staying at the hotel. Previous guests have claimed that, along with limited range, the wireless Internet can be unreliable in keeping a stable connection.

Although it was generally fine in the majority of cases, a notable amount of recent visitors were left disappointed about the hygiene standards of the accommodation. In particular, reports of pungent odours have been mentioned on multiple occasions.
