Most guests speak well about the over-the-top assistance of the staff. The staff was more than eager to provide their needs and special requests such as coffee makers and other kitchen wares. They were also very friendly, willing, and enthusiastic in answering any questions thrown by the guests.

Due to its practical location that is near downtown Indianapolis and Carmel, guests are able to enjoy traveling within the surrounding areas and visiting major establishments such as Lowe’s store. It is also close to shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores, and major highways.

Guests were quite surprised but at the same time satisfied with the nice quality of the grab and go breakfast served daily. It was quite decent and sufficient to fill all their tummies. There were also pastries and fruits served in gourmet settings which were very enjoyable.

Previous guests were dismayed with the loud noise from the hotel premises. Dogs barking during the night, loud stomping of feet from the rooms above, loud conversation from adjacent rooms were heard due to poor soundproofing. Furthermore, there was loud noise coming from the refrigerator.

Most guests were quite disappointed with the foul odor starting from the elevator, to the hallways, then into the rooms. There was this strange smell of tobacco or smoke, which stayed within the area despite efforts to spray air fresheners.

Aside from the lack of basic necessities such as coffee maker and hairdryer, most guests were displeased with the poor quality of the rooms. The bathroom area especially the floor was dirty, there were hair strands all over the room, and the carpets were stained.
