Positive Reviews
positive:
Pretty decent location
Guests were pretty happy with the location of the hotel. They found the proximity of the interstate useful when they arrived, since it made the hotel easy to find, as well as during their stay, since it made travel throughout the region very convenient. There were no busy city streets to negotiate before speeding along the highway.
positive:
Useful kitchenette
Guests clearly appreciated having the little kitchenettes available, since they allowed them to prepare some of their home favorites, rather than having to rely on fast food or restaurants.
positive:
Friendly and helpful staff
The majority of guests were very happy with the hotel’s staff, saying that they offered a warm welcome, and were friendly and helpful throughout what was often a fairly long stay.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Very disappointing breakfast
Guests did not think much of the breakfast available. It was said to be very ordinary, with not enough variety to generate any enthusiasm, especially considering most guests were on long stay’s and could easily tire of the same thing day in and day out.
negative:
Have to request dishes and kitchen equipment
Many guests did not like the procedures in place to get the kitchenettes stocked with plates, cutlery and kitchen equipment. They mentioned that they were not stocked on check in and that all equipment had to be requested form the front desk.
negative:
Rooms smell a bit musty
A number of guests reported that the rooms smelled a bit musty. Though no visible signs of mold were reported, guests were worried that this might be hidden in the walls.
