The staff at this hotel pay attention to the little things that make a difference to guests. Things like saying hello with a smile or helping book a restaurant in town are what makes guests at this hotel feel right at home.

The pool area is very well liked by many of the guests who say that it is in great condition. They are especially impressed by the large whirlpool that can fit twenty people. Usually, these hot tubs are tiny little things but not so at this hotel.

The hotel is very convenient for those that are flying into town as it is only a short ride on the hotel shuttle from the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby and lots of things to do within easy walking distance.

This hotel seems to be a little past its sell-by date as there are a number of guests who found that there were more than a few maintenance issues in the building. Old furniture, chipped paint, and worn carpets were just some of the problems encountered.

The housekeeping staff aren't as good as they could be at this hotel where guests have complained of dirty bathrooms and hairs found in their beds. They say that it's not terrible but definitely not up to Hilton standards.

If you want some sleep at this hotel, then cross your fingers that you have quiet neighbors. The problem is that the walls are too thin, and you can hear everything that is going on in the rooms next to you. Pack those earplugs.
