The hotels location could not be better! It is surrounded by a variety of attractions such as Mall of America, Minnesota Zoo and Mill City Museum and is close to a number of great eateries. There are also ample opportunities to shop and enjoy the abundant nightlife and entertainment of offer.

With the new renovations, the staff seems to be highly motivated to uphold the excellent reputation the hotel is garnering. The effective staff team could also be credited to the competent and hard working management team behind them. Management has proven to be dedicated to ensuring each guest is satisfied with the service they receive throughout their contact with the hotel and will go out of their way to rectify any concerns.

Loud banging and hammering during the day and evenings can rise questions about whether the renovations are indeed over, as does unexplainable mess and clutter in the lobby area. Such occurrences give the impression of the hotel not being unorganized and can cause inconvenience to guests.

Although the hotels appearance could justify the price point, inconveniences such as noises and clutter, as well as omitting information about ongoing upgrades on the hotel website, may leave guests feeling slightly ripped off as they make bookings while not fully aware of the state of the hotel.
