The staff at this hotel are very well trained in customer service and not only that, but they are genuinely interested in helping out the guests. No matter what your problem is, they will do their best to help you and always greet you with a smile.
The hotel's amenities are second to none according to some of the guests that have stayed here. They feel that for the money you are paying to have a gym and pool is a real treat. Not only that but the microwave in the room is a nice touch.
If you are driving to the hotel it can get a little confusing as there doesn't seem to be any clear straight route off the interstate. Some guests said that they had trouble finding it even with a sat nav in the car. Better to call the hotel first for directions.
Guests have commented that had the breakfast been free they wouldn't have complained, but the fact that you pay for it annoyed them. They said that it wasn't good at all and that many of them left unfinished items on their plates. Not a great start to the day.
