A number of reviewers visited this hotel specifically to attend a conference. These guests made favourable comments about the easy access to the conference centre next door via the Skywalk .

A number of guest reviewers made special mention of the spacious rooms remarking that they felt they had ample space to relax and unwind after a busy day. Other reviewers were happy with the comfortable beds which helped guests to get much needed rest.

The fitness center features floor to ceiling windows facing the pool area making this space bright and inviting to complete a work-out. Many previous guests to the hotel commented on the excellent gym facilities.

Some guests had the unfortunate experience of not having their requests for additional amenities attended too in a timely fashion. Other guests noted that the standard of cleanliness of the room turn down service was not up to scratch in comparison to other Hilton brand hotels that they had frequented.

Some guest reviewers were a little disappointed that some hotel basics were not included in the room tariff, such as no free Wi-Fi, no free parking, no free breakfast and no laundry facilities.

Some guests reviewers felt that their room lacked a bit of decorative inspiration and commented that the in-room decor could use a little bit of tender loving care as well as the addition of the odd personal decorative touch.
