Guests say the property is in an ideal location to get around the Charlotte area. The hotel is situated right next to the freeway and provides direct access to the Charlotte city centre as well as the Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Visitors state that there are a number of eateries around the property ensuring that you can always find a place to grab a quick bite. Cook Out and Chicken Box are located across from the property while McDonald's and Wendy's are a five-minute walk away. Several other restaurants are at Belgate Shopping Center, which can be reached in five minutes by car.

Travellers explain that the beds found in the rooms are in good shape with the mattresses being very nice to use. In addition to this, there are plenty of pillows and the bedding is acceptable as well.

Service was a source of contention according to travellers who add that the staff doesn't seem all that interested in helping you out at times. While there are a few nice employees, there are several others who do not provide good service and can be difficult to deal with.

Guests were less than impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel stating that things were fairly untidy. The accommodations in particular are a troublesome area with carpets being stained and other spots not maintained all that well.

The hotel serves a complimentary continental breakfast each morning, but visitors note that the service is pretty disappointing with the food selection being limited. You will find some cereal and bread, but not much else beyond that.
