Negative Reviews
negative:
On the Noisy Side
Guests report that hotel rooms tend to be a bit noisy. Starting with the loud air conditioning units as they cycle on and off, the paper thin walls that allow you to hear whatever is going on with your neighbors, and to top it off, the extremely loud music coming from the business across the street until the wee hours of the morning are all reasons why you should travel with ear plugs when you come to this hotel.
negative:
Valet Parking Issues
Valet parking service is a daily charge and is quite pricey. The valet company does not employ Omni hotel employees, but rather a separate service. This removes Omni from any liability, but also makes complaining about delays useless.

Hotel Feels Outdated
This hotel is on the older side. The decor is tired and rooms are in need of an update. Hallway and room carpets are dirty, and perhaps the reason for the mildew odor throughout the hotel. Room lighting is a bit drab as well.
