Negative Reviews
negative:
Cleaning is an issue.
Numerous guests have reported unsatisfactory levels of cleanliness, from basic vacuuming and dusting not appearing to be done fully, to finding ants and other bugs in the rooms. The smell of old smoke can also be an issue, so the hotel really needs a full revamp to deal with it.
negative:
Breakfast is minimal.
The continental breakfast offered here seems to be based around simple carbs and very little else, so if you like a breakfast full of protein and fresh fruit, you may be disappointed. Some guests prefer to skip breakfast here and make use of one of the nearby restaurants instead.
negative:
Problems with doors and key cards.
You know that feeling when you've traipsed all the way from the front desk to your room with all your luggage in tow, only to find that the key card doesn't work? This seems to happen a fair amount here, which can be annoying. Some guests have also reported sliding doors which are broken.
