Hotel Days Inn and Suites by Wyndham Hammond, IN (Hammond, USA)

Guests really enjoyed the location of this hotel. Guests stated that it was close to major highways, many good restaurants, and a large mall. It was also a nice place to be as New Orleans was less than an hour away.

The hotel has a lovely exterior and lobby. Guests found the lobby to be quite nice. There were beautiful stained glass skylights, a nice piano, and good Wi-Fi.

Many guests were looking forward to being able to use one of the two pools. Many guests were disappointed that the pools were green, dirty, or both. After asking staff about the pools, they were still often not cleaned as staff did not know how to take care of them properly.

There is a lot to complain about here, but you might not want to bother. Guests stated that often the rooms and hallways. During breakfast staff sometimes would not even cook food or would be running very late. Most times when guests took complaints to the front desk or management they were ignored or treated rudely.

If you stay here there will be a lot you will have to ignore. Guests stated that the rooms were often not clean at all. There were dead bugs on the floor, ants, holes in the walls, mold in the bathroom, broken furniture, and an overall bad smell. The lighting was bad in the rooms and the hallways the TV quality was not good, and the air conditioning was not working properly.

The price is pretty enticing. Guests enjoyed the cost of the hotel saying that it did not cost a lot to stay here.
