Rooms are a nice size and nicely laid out. They are well-appointed with a mini-fridge, Paul Mitchell toiletries, and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The bed provides a very comfortable night's rest.

Staff at this hotel provide great service and make you feel welcome. They are helpful, cheerful, and very knowledgeable about the local area.

This hotel is conveniently located off of a main highway which makes it easy to find, but set back far enough that it's still quiet. It's near a major medical center and within driving distance to Old Town Winchester and several other historical sites.

Room rates do not include any kind of breakfast, and there are no restaurants within walking distance, but an IHOP is j ust a short drive away.

Guests say housekeeping is not consistent with the level of service the rest of the hotel provides Trash is left, basic cleaning tasks are missed, and often not completed by the time you return to your room. It may be helpful to inform the front desk when you intend to return to help guide them in cleaning efficiently.

The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan so you have to leave the door open to keep it from steaming up. The only mirrors in the room are in the bathroom which cna be problematic if more than one person is trying to get ready for the day.
