The rooms at this Winchester hotel are consistently found to offer a good overall standard of cleanliness. Guests have also found the beds comfortable and the selection of amenities to be thoughtful. The en-suite bathrooms are found to be of a good overall standard and very few guests have had any problems with the Wi-Fi.

The free breakfast served at this hotel has attracted plenty of positive feedback. Guests have been impressed by the quality and variety of food available on the buffet, as well as finding the breakfast area clean and inviting. The staff attending to breakfast is friendly and attentive.

Previous guests have found this hotel easy to access and conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and bars in the historic district. The location has also proved to be a convenient base from which to visit the various cavern attractions in the surrounding areas.

Although the rooms here are clean, the housekeeping service has sometimes proved a little hit and miss. Guests report minor issues such as bins being left full and coffee supplies left unreplenished as well as serious (but infrequent) accusations of theft from the rooms.
