Positive Reviews
positive:
Customer service wonders.
If guests are unlucky enough to find themselves on the receiving end of any misfortune at the Courtyard Houston Hobby Airport, the staff go above and beyond to rectify this, ensuring guests leave satisfied, and without complaint.
positive:
Spacious rooms.
Guests travelling in large groups, or with their family will find that they have plenty of space to spread out in their rooms, even if they are all staying together. The rooms are so spacious, that a family of five can stay together, and still feel comfortable.
positive:
Well maintained fitness area.
For those who spend a lot of time travelling, and maintaining their fitness, the onsite fitness facilities are a great place for guests to work out comfortably. The area is well maintained, and comfortable.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Air conditioning problems.
The air conditioning units provided seem to be lacking when it comes to combatting the heat of Southeast Texas! Unfortunately, the temperatures don’t seem to reach as low as one may hope. The units could do with an upgrade.
negative:
Double check payments.
When guests are checking into the Courtyard Houston Hobby Airport, and paying for their stay with Marriot points, it is recommended guests ensure that only their points are used to pay for their room, and not the credit card presented, as human error can lead to complications.
negative:
A better check-in.
It seems that at most times the front desk is manned by one person during check-in times, and the area becomes a little bit chaotic when guests find themselves waiting for their turn, and impatience rears it’s ugly head.
