Guests reported that between the professional, friendly staff and the modern, warm atmosphere of the hotel, they felt quite comfortable and right at home.

The hotel is right next to the Convention Center, which makes it a perfect place for travelers attending an event there. Guests also like the fact that you can walk to Minute Maid Park and Discovery Park, They did, however, recommend bringing your car, so that you can easily explore the area in the evening as well or simply go out to eat or enjoy the nightlife.

Guests can start their day by visiting Java Jive @ 1600, which serves fresh Starbucks coffee and pastries or they can enjoy breakfast at the restaurant in the form of an American or Continental buffet as well as a-la-carte options. Not only did guests find the service to be impeccable and quick but they absolutely loved the tasty meals.

Some guests had trouble with valet parking, because they noted that the staff seemed to get a bit frazzled when handling large-scale events and therefore ending up with some confusion regarding keys. They also thought that the service was overpriced, but at least their cars were parked in a monitored location.

Some guests found the hotel Wi-Fi to be overpriced and spotty at times, so it is highly recommended that you become a Hilton Honors member, which voids the fee.

A few guests were given wrong information concerning their booked packages, which had to be resolved by more experienced staff members on duty.
