Members of staff were praised as being helpful, friendly and professional, with Paul, who made particularly good recommendations being mentioned. All members of staff give a good welcome, and recommended good locations. The hotel itself is well located close to good road networks, and there are well stocked gas stations very close by.

A good hot breakfast, and a competitive price per night at this hotel makes it a very good choice for families traveling with small children, there is plenty of space is with the availability of a fold out couch a refrigerator, and of course the free breakfast. .
Negative Reviews
negative:
Children Can Be Noisy
The noise insulation is not of the best, and with this being a family friendly hotel it allows the sounds made by dashing about in the corridors intrude into guest rooms. .
negative:
Infrastructure Problems
Air conditioning units are on the noisy side, and beds squeaky too: worn and dirty carpets, furniture and bathrooms need replacing and updating.
negative:
Three's a Crowd
The hotel is in need of updating in some areas; but the most serious criticism was that an open room is not a suite where, to qualify the king sized bed should be in a separate room. Three beds in a single room up against a wall is a crowd, and not comfortable! Guests who were expecting a suite felt let down about that and thought that is is misleading to market a large room as a suite. Nevertheless, for families on a budget the hotel represents good value, with many guests saying they would return if in the location. .
