Hotel Comfort Inn & Suites (Spokane, USA)

Guests seemed to like everything about the Comfort Inn & Suites, Spokane, including its location close to a shopping center, but it was individual details such as the welcome gift bags they received on arrival, the quality of the bedding and toiletries, electrical outlets on the headboards and the warm cookies served in the lobby that made their stay so enjoyable. If there was one problem, most guests said it was that they had to leave too soon.

The top two things guests enjoyed most about the Comfort Inn & Suites, Spokane were the comfortable beds and hot breakfast. They described the beds as cloudlike and the best they'd ever slept on. The sausages, eggs, biscuits and gravy served the next morning drew equal praise. Most guests said these two things alone would bring them back to this hotel.

Four legged guests stay at the hotel for a fee and guests appreciated the chance to bring Fido along on their travels. They described the outdoor pet area as clean and well maintained.

The hotel is close to the freeway and opposite a medical center. While most guests enjoyed a peaceful stay, some said that traffic noise, honking horns and ambulance sirens made sleep difficult. Others complained about noisy guests overhead and in adjacent rooms.

The front desk staff could have been a little more welcoming according to some guests.

Some guests complained that toilets weren't cleaned and floors weren't vacuumed, others noted dusty curtains and carpets that were worn and stained in places.
