Hotel Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis (Indianapolis, USA)

Most guests found the rooms at the Baymont Inn and Suites offered an excellent standard of accommodation during their stay. The rooms are typically described as clean and comfortable with a considerate selection of amenities. Plus, they come at a great price.

Guests often describe the staff at the hotel in favorable terms, sometimes singling out individual members of the team for specific praise. The staff seem quick to respond to any issues, usually to the satisfaction of guests.

This hotel won't place you in the heart of the tourist area, but you will find that there is a decent selection of restaurants within easy reach of the hotel. Plus, the numerous attractions in the downtown district are within a 20 to 30-minute drive of the property.

Noise doesn't seem to be a big problem at this hotel, but it pays to keep in mind that you will be within earshot of the Interstate. There are also some internal noise issues to contend with - namely, guests moving around in rooms above yours and barking dogs.

Although this is a non-smoking hotel, several guests mention that they could smell smoke in their room. This is something the hotel needs to keep an eye on, clearly. Also, people, including staff, congregate around the entrance of the hotel to smoke.

Breakfast at this hotel is complimentary but not every guest was all that impressed. The food appears to occasionally run out. Plus, there is no variety from day to day. Some guests also describe the coffee as disappointing.
