Needs a Bit of Refurb
This is a stunning building from the outside, but the inside needs some love. Carpets and walls need updated and bathrooms could use a good scrub. Business center documents may not print. Televisions are either entirely dysfunctional, without familiar channels or arranged so they cannot be viewed from the bed. Beds may be too short for taller guests. Some linens have holes. Refrigerators need maintenance. Shower pressure is weak and without sufficient hot water with leaky pipes. In its current condition, some guests felt the hotel did not warrant a three star rating.

A Few Overlooked Items
You may find television remotes without working batteries, previous guests' undies left behind, towels missing from rooms and the pool area, pool area lights not working or unable to be turned on, no luggage carts available on the overnight shift, and you may even enter your room to find it is already occupied by someone else! A little more attention to detail would be good.

Bummer Breakfast
Some felt their breakfast being priced as "deluxe" was a bit of an exaggeration. Microwaved items, zero fresh fruits and Styrofoam/plastic/paper tableware do not a deluxe meal make.
