Staffs offer hit and miss service
You get smiles and warm welcomes from some staff, while the others ignore completely. Some attends to your needs quickly, while other staff members don't seem to care. However, you can report unprofessional staff to its manager when you see one.

Poor enforcement of policy about noise
There is a rule that during certain hours, guests are bound to keep the noise down or they will be asked to leave or be denied accommodations. Still, there were guests who ran in the hallways, slammed doors and talked noisily in the hallways at night. If you're ever disturbed, immediately report to the front desk and let them deal with the issue.

The receptionists are friendly. However, there is only two or three staff at the front desk even busy hours. This makes checking-in slow and evidently makes a long queue of ingoing and outgoing guests in the hallways.
