Positive Reviews
positive:
Nice inexpensive place near casinos
Guests love staying at the Dubuque-Days Inn because of its reasonable pricing and proximity to the casinos and other entertainment. You get nice, no-frills accommodations in a quiet environment, and yet you're not in the middle of nowhere, away from liveliness and things to do.
positive:
Very friendly and honest staff
The staff are always happy and smiling when they greet you or check up on how you're doing. They'll readily assist with reservations or whatever they can to enhance your stay, and demonstrate a true commitment to customer service. Guests have reported lost items promptly returned without any cause for concern.
positive:
A great dog-friendly option
The inn receives much praise for being a reliable place to stay if you're traveling with a dog, since accommodations like that aren't always easy to find (much less at budget prices). The rooms are cozy, and there's ample outside space set aside to walk your pup.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Breakfast lacks variety
Breakfast isn't to everyone's liking because there's not any pastry to complement the cereals, fruits, and other typical buffet fare. Many guests would prefer a cookie or something sweet along with their more health-conscious selections.
negative:
Wi-Fi can be spotty
Sometimes the Wi-Fi is great, and sometimes it's barely existent. Be prepared to step outside or leave the property to maintain a stronger signal, especially if you're on business, or otherwise need to communicate online in a timely manner.
negative:
Nothing else negative to say about this hotel
So far, no other negative opinion has been expressed by the guests about this motel.
