Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic, an IHG Hotel (Cleveland, USA)

This hotel only opened in May 2016, so it should come as little surprise that guests find the rooms are fresh and clean. Guests also comment that the rooms are spacious and offer a good selection of amenities.

Guests have found the staff here is friendly and attentive, often also describing the staff as accommodating, especially in regard to changing schedules and appointments for guests accessing services at the Cleveland Clinic.

Although guests would have liked the shuttle service to cover the downtown area, guests have tended to rate the location of this hotel highly. The proximity of the Cleveland Clinic is an obvious convenience but guests have also appreciated being near the city’s attractions.

Guests have noted some issues with the valet parking service here, finding it rather expensive and disorganised, to the point that they had to wait 30 minutes for their car to arrive. There’s a chance that the lack of organisation is a teething problem due to the hotel being so new.

While enjoying the breakfast and other meals served in the hotel’s restaurant, guests would, perhaps understandably, prefer that breakfast was included in the room rate, even if it was just a continental offering.

The pool at this Cleveland hotel while clean and a nice-to-have is said to be small and shallow throughout. It’s likely that kids will enjoy this facility but adults might find it a little cramped.
