The rooms are very clean and spacious. Mattresses and pillows are also very comfortable. The bathrooms are very hygienic and modern. Guests were delighted upon discovering that the shower was very powerful and roomy and the bathrooms were well equipped with toiletries.

The hotel's employees are very warm in their interaction with guests. They go out of their way to assist you when you go to them for help. Staff members also appear to be very knowledgeable of the area and offer suggestions on attractions they think might be of interest to you.

The breakfast menu appears to be a guest favourite. Many were pleased by the variety of dishes on offer and the relative inexpensiveness compared to similar breakfast spreads in comparable hotels. The items were well prepared and very scrumptious.

A good number of guests were dismayed by the Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel. The signal was rather weak and unstable. This was a huge concern especially because the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable and guests were inconvenienced due to the slow speeds.

A few guests complained about the thin walls. Frequent noise from flying helicopters could easily be heard from rooms. This was a major problem especially for those who had to get up early in the morning and couldn't fall asleep.

Even though the valet parking convenient for guests, quite a number of them felt that they were being overcharged to park there. Some of the guests had to seek alternative parking elsewhere.
