Guests like the location of Comfort Inn Winchester. It is ideally situated for those who are traveling along Interstate 81 and is just a short drive from Shenandoah University as well. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel such as Denny’s, McDonald’s and Taco Bell which guests appreciated. Retail therapy is also nearby thanks to Apple Blossom Mall.

Guests are pleased to report that the standard of accommodation here is good. The rooms are described as clean and comfortable and are regularly cleaned by an efficient housekeeping staff.

Some guests were disturbed by noise while staying at Comfort Inn Winchester. The main sources of disturbance were the nearby highway and railroad and also noise from other guests was an issue at times. According to some guests, the rooms at the back of the hotel are generally quieter than those at the front of the building.

Generally, guests enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. However, there is a general feeling that it could be improved with a wider choice of items.

Bear in mind that this hotel offers smoking and non-smoking accommodation. This means that some parts of the hotel can smell of cigarettes which some guests found unpleasant.
