Guesthouse Planters Inn on Reynolds Square (Savannah, USA)

Guests were quite pleased by the service they received at the onsite restaurant. The food was very well prepared and the international menu was diverse and catered to a wide variety of palates. The continental breakfast was fantastic and the complimentary wine and cheese social was a huge hit.

The general consensus amongst most guests was that the staff members are highly trained, helpful and very professional in carrying out their duties. Their warm and pleasing demeanors make it easy for them to build a rapport with guests and this contributed to overall satisfaction.

The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness and this is seen throughout its premises. From the rooms to the bathroom, everything is well maintained. The rooms are tastefully furnished and premium hypoallergenic bedding is provided.

A few guests were dissatisfied with the wireless internet reception in the rooms. The speeds were thought to be too slow. Majority of those inconvenienced and had to move to other places to receive any signal.

Quite a number of guests were very disappointed by the high noise levels experienced during their stay at the hotel. Some of those affected had rooms facing the street while guests who had their windows near the garage were greatly affected by the noise coming from that area.

Some guests complained about the comfort levels of the beds. The mattresses and pillows were generally thought to be quite uncomfortable thus making some guests have a hard time falling asleep.
