The rooms at the hotel have been found to be clean and well maintained. Guests reported, the beautifully decorated rooms smelled nice and featured comfortable beds, neat linens and good amenities, they required for a relaxing stay.

The entire staff at the hotel has been found to very professional, helpful and friendly. The staff members were accommodating to the needs of the guests and worked hard to make them feel comfortable, during the stay.

The location of the hotel provides an easy access to the highway, local attractions, restaurants and various shopping areas, offering great entertainment to the guests. Moreover, the hotel has been found to be reasonably priced by a lot of guests.

Some of the guests complained that the breakfast was supposed to get over at 10 am but to their surprise, most of the items would get over by 9:15 only, even the basic things such as eggs would be finished.

The pool water was cold, there were no towels at the pool and even the hot tub was too hot, causing discomfort to the guests. Moreover, the noisy and dirty pool area failed to provide any relaxation to the guests.

Few guests complained that the floor of their bathrooms featured hair from the previous guests, the toilet seat was dangerously loose, water continuously leaked from the tub, light switch was defective and the used bar of soap was kept in the holder. The lack of maintenance left the guests very disappointed.
