Although their availability has been questioned on occasion, the staff members at the Value Place Denton were commended by most former guests. The hotel's personnel were typically regarded as helpful and polite.

Past guests were happy with the location of the hotel in terms of exploring the area. Along with downtown Denton being a short drive, the accommodation is also relatively close to points of interest such as the University of North Texas and Texas Motor Speedway.

Whilst not the most popular overall, the rooms at the Value Place Denton were praised when it came to the amenities they offered. In particular, the inclusion of a full kitchen with each room was highlighted by previous guests.
