Even for people who may not have had the best stay, they still mentioned they enjoy their staff interactions. They're ready to help and are extremely welcoming. They also provide information about the area for travelers who are new to town.

A number of people mentioned that they like the small little perks such as having spacious guestrooms, a kitchenette, a small outdoor pool area, grills and even the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at the evening reception. Not Full-Service Hotel
Some visitors were put off by the fact it's not a full-service hotel. That means that they had to bring towels to receive new ones and housekeeping is only once a week. For those who are experienced with extended-stay locations, however, they enjoyed what the hotel had to offer.

A majority of the visitors felt that the rooms in the common areas of the hotel are rather tidy and fresh. Some visitors, however, begged to differ. They mentioned issues like smells of animals in the hallways or rooms that smelled over-fragranced.
