Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel (Indianapolis, USA)

The rooms were found to be nice and clean by many guests who stayed here. They enjoyed staying in a clean accommodation with a nice, modern shower in the bathrooms. The beds were also comfortable and clean.

The breakfast was found to be nice and varied by many guests who stayed here. They were very happy with the variety including biscuits, eggs and pancakes. The breakfast area is also spacious and it was included in the rate.

The hotel’s location was found to be ideal for guests who were visiting on business or pleasure. It was off the interstate and therefore it was easy to get to various attractions including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. There are also various restaurants and shops.

The hotel building was found to be dated and showing its age. There are old carpets, wallpaper and furnishings showing wear. Some guests had problems with the toilets and/or the air conditioning. The gym was also old-fashioned.

Guests did not like that the rooms did not come with mini fridges and microwaves. Most hotels of this brand offer these amenities and here guests did not find either of them. They did not feel this was a good value.

The hotel was found to be overpriced for what it offers to guests. They felt the hotel was in need of a renovation and that the utilities were malfunctioning at times. The floors needed to be replaced with new carpeting.
