Historical charm and great comfort
Guests said that they loved the historical charm and atmosphere of this inn, which apparently features lots of quaint heritage features like classic ornaments in rooms but was nevertheless was thought to be comfortable, clean, warm and attractively fitted out. In addition to this, the en-suite bathrooms were said to have great water pressure and some even mentioned having a bathtub to relax in, while people said that the noise insulation here was good, with very little noise being experienced.

Walk to downtown Launceston, Cataract Gorge
Another high point of staying here was that its centrality offered the chance to walk into the Launceston city centre in next to no time for some lovely dining, shopping and nightlife. People also mentioned that they were within walking distance of Cataract Gorge and the fact that there was free parking on site was also much appreciated by those getting around by car.
