Parents travelling with children commented that the hotel caters really well to families with loads of amenities to keep the kids busy. Guests travelling with kids also appreciated the undercover parking where they could safely unload and load their kids and belongings.

A favourite place for guests to relax and unwind was the spacious balcony of the apartment and many visitors described their time admiring the views they enjoyed here. Guests also said they felt that the rooms were a good size.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Broadbeach precinct with easy access to the Broadbeach Mall, Jupiter's Casino and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre and many guests mentioned that the location, close to everything was the best part of their stay.

Guests who had the unfortunate timing to stay at the hotel during a period of renovation left negative comments about their experience with many saying that they were disturbed by the noise and would not have made a booking if they had known about the works prior to arrival.

Guests who found evidence of previous guests, dirty surfaces and food on cutlery were not impressed by the cleaning services at the hotel suggesting that housekeeping could be of a better standard. Guests who stayed more than a few days were also disappointed that there was no daily cleaning services.

Guests complained that there was no free Wi-Fi, with many saying that in this day and age that Wi-Fi should be free, as standard, particularly given the location and price of the hotel rooms.
