Conveniently Located Near Attractions
You won't find a better location for a guest house. Museums, restaurants, galleries, theatre, and more are within easy walking distance. If you have time stop by Melvyn's, it's a times-gone-by type place where celebrities of years gone by use to dine. On Thursdays there's a fun street festival and the bike rental service is great for exploring the city.

Some Views Are Fantastic!
There are some lovely views, especially near the pool. You may be lucky enough to get a nice view of the mountains from your room window as well.

The Pool Is Where to Relax
The pool area is quaint and pleasant. If you just want to chill-out for the day, the pool area is the place to do it. This guest house is actually a nice getaway if you're looking for peace and quiet.

Big Improvements Would Make a Big Difference
You may find the furnishings a bit shabby with broken blinds and unimpressive rattan furniture. Other annoyances may include a leaking shower head, stopped-up toilet, broken ice machine, and holes in the tiles. The look is decades old but not in a fashionable way.

Reception Is at the Phone
Reception is actually a phone outside the inn. You have to pick-up the phone and someone will come to check you in, and afterwards you are handed a key. Don't be surprised to find a “gone until” sign waiting for you, which means you just have wait until someone returns. For the price you pay per night, you would expect a warmer reception!

Why the Plastic Foliage?
The plastic foliage around the room doesn't help the décor one bit. It's even worse if the fake plants are dusty.
