Negative Reviews
negative:
Slow food service
While
guests enjoy their meals in the restaurant, they do experience issues with how
longs things take. Guests can wait up to an hour for meals, including
breakfast, which they think it unacceptable, particularly when noting that the
restaurant was not busy at the time.
negative:
No 24-hour reception
Reception is not open 24 hours a day and so there may not always be someone immediately available if you have any question or need any assistance. Some guests were surprised to find it in darkness after 9pm, and thought it should have been open a little longer.
negative:
Close to the train station
Some guests have reported being able to hear the sound of the trains at the nearby train station. If the sound of the trains might bother you, then this may not be the best place to choose.
