According to guest reviews, the staff at Staybridge Suites Augusta is very friendly, knowledgeable, willing to assist in any way they can and good at their jobs. Moreover, the buffet breakfasts here were appreciated for their apparently tasty hot options and also a good array of continental fare, while those who mentioned the social evening refreshments seemed happy with these.

Those who stayed liked the location, which some said was even within walking distance of Masters action at the Augusta National Golf Club, although a few people mentioned there was also a shuttle. On top of this, it is said to have a large number of restaurants nearby and is also handy for highway access.

The suites here were said to offer plenty of space, a good level of comfort, a kitchenette and were as mentioned as being clean and quiet. Some guests also mentioned being pleasantly surprised that the hotel has a theater room.

Many of those who stayed thought that Staybridge Suites Augusta was in need of renovation, with its decor, furnishings or carpet occasionally showing signs of age and a few people finding the fold-out beds uncomfortable. Having said this, some renovations appear to have taken place at the time of writing in early 2016, so this appears to be something that is being addressed.
